Privacy notice
This notice explains what we do with information we receive through this website. For any questions, or to ask us to access or delete your information, contact us on photocopyuk@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Enquiries: your name, contact details, messages and any files that you send us by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- Orders: details needed to carry out your order and keep records of it.
- Site use: a first-party cookie (tps_visitor) with a random identifier. It lets us record visits, the pages viewed, the website that sent you here, your device type and browser, and clicks on our phone number and WhatsApp button.
- IP address: we store the IP address that your device uses when you visit, alongside the information above.
Why we use it
We use your details to answer enquiries and fulfil orders (necessary for a contract or at your request), and to understand how our website is used (our legitimate interest in improving it).
Who sees it
We do not sell your information. We may use service providers, such as website hosting and email, to run our business. The map on our contact page is provided by Google, which may set its own cookies when it loads. WhatsApp is run by Meta, and its own privacy policy applies to anything you send us there.
How long we keep it
We delete website visit records, including IP addresses, once they are no longer needed. We keep enquiries and artwork for as long as they are useful for dealing with your job or future reorders, and accounting records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. You can stop the visit-recording cookie by blocking cookies for this site in your browser. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
