Using one printer for everything means your fonts and colours stay consistent from the save-the-date to the table plan. It also means a single person keeps track of your wording when something changes. Here is a typical timeline:

Saving money without looking cheap
Weddings often cost more once the word "wedding" is on the order, but print need not. Single-sided cards save money, and a good uncoated card can look as elegant as a much pricier finish. Consider ordering a spare 10% rather than coming back for a small extra batch, and combine what can be combined, such as printing menus and place cards together.
Bring your theme, a sample you like, or a screenshot from Pinterest. We set up artwork free of charge when we print, and you will see a proof of each item before it goes to print. Check names especially carefully. Then ask someone else to check them too.
