Notebooks people actually use
A branded notebook stays on a desk for months and comes along to meetings, so your logo keeps turning up where it matters. We supply notebooks for corporate welcome packs, conferences, schools, coaches and small brands, as well as personalised notebooks with a name or a photo as a gift.
Types of notebook
- Hardback with an elastic band gives a smart, premium feel for client gifts.
- Softback is lighter, cheaper and good for events and classes.
- Spiral or wire bound lies flat, opens back on itself and is good for planners. See spiral binding.
- Custom printed notebooks let you choose the cover design and inner pages.
- Photo notebooks have a personal image on the cover and make a thoughtful gift.
Sizes
A5 is the favourite, because it suits meetings and fits in most bags. A6 is pocket size. A4 is best for desk use and studying. If you want to give a notebook away with a pen, make sure the two match up in size.
Printing the inside pages
Plain, lined, dotted and squared pages all have their fans. For a truly custom product, you can design your own pages, such as a meal planner, a client notes template, a study log or a coaching workbook. A logo in a corner of each page keeps your brand on show without getting in the way. Paper of around 90 to 120gsm reduces show-through with a fountain pen or gel ink.
Cover printing and finishing
Print the cover with your artwork in full colour, then add lamination to protect it. Foil blocking and debossing add a premium touch to hardback covers, particularly for logos. Personalising each cover with a name is often possible, which works well for team gifts.

Short runs of spiral-bound and softback notebooks are usually the simplest to arrange, while hardback books with special finishes may need to be ordered in. Tell us your quantity and date, and we will suggest the options that fit.
