A branded pitch you can spot across the field

A printed gazebo turns a plain stall into a proper brand presence. Market traders, sports clubs, charities, schools, street food businesses and event teams use them, because they provide shade and shelter and can be recognised from a long way off. They are a reasonably big purchase, so it is worth picking the right spec.

Sizes

Size Good for
2m x 2m Small promotional pitches
3m x 3m Markets and fairs, and by far the most popular size
3m x 4.5m Larger stalls with stock
3m x 6m Displays, demonstrations and hospitality

Always check your pitch size against the gazebo's footprint before ordering. Many fairs and markets give you an exact pitch, and a bigger gazebo may not be allowed.

What can be printed?

  • Canopy peaks or valances carry your logo at a height where people can see it above a crowd.
  • The full roof gives the strongest look, but it costs more.
  • Back and side walls add shelter and give you an extra display area.
  • A half wall or counter adds a sales counter and helps define your space.

A simple logo on the valance is often the most cost-effective way to get noticed. Printing on all sides maximises your branding, and it is a good idea if you run events regularly.

Choosing a frame

Light steel frames suit occasional use. Aluminium frames are lighter to carry and do not rust, so they suit weekly markets. Hexagonal legs are stronger than square legs and are better for frequent use. Frames for regular commercial use cost more, but cheap ones often fail after a few seasons, particularly if they are set up and dismantled by different people each week.

Safety and weather

A gazebo in a strong wind is a real hazard. Always use leg weights on hard surfaces and pegs with guy ropes on grass, and take it down when winds pick up. Venues often require flame-retardant canopy fabric. If you are using one for public events, ask about the fabric's fire certificates, because you may be asked to provide them. Cooking under a canopy creates extra risks, so check the rules with your event organiser and your insurer.

Lead times

Printed gazebos are generally made to order, and it can often take a couple of weeks or more. Please plan ahead, especially before summer. Tell us your date, and we will let you know what can be done. We can organise delivery directly to your address, anywhere in the UK, for a quoted charge.

Ordering

Send your logo as a vector file, along with your size and which panels you want printed. We set up artwork free of charge when we print the job, and we will send a proof of each panel for you to approve. To finish off your pitch, add a printed table, a feather flag and some flyers.

Questions we hear about printed gazebos

What size gazebo should I choose?

3m x 3m is the most popular size for markets and fairs. Always check your pitch allowance before ordering.

Are printed gazebos waterproof?

Good canopies are usually water-resistant, but check the fabric specification, especially at the seams. Rain and wind can also put extra stress on the frame.

How long does a printed gazebo take?

It is usually made to order, often a couple of weeks or more. Tell us your event date early.

Can I just print a logo on the valance?

Yes. It is a cost-effective way of getting your logo seen above a crowd.

Are the fabrics fire-retardant?

Many are, but it depends on the model. Tell us if your venue requires a certificate before you order.
