Coasters and beer mats with your design
A coaster sits under someone's drink for the whole evening, so it gets more attention than most advertising. Bars and pubs use them for offers and events, breweries use them for branding, and couples use them as wedding favours. Photo coasters also make easy, personal gifts for the family.

Beer mats are absorbent card, typically round or square at about 95 mm. They are the cheapest option for bulk orders.
Designing a coaster
Keep the message big and simple. People will see the design between sips and in low light. Use both sides of a beer mat: for example, your logo on one side, and an offer, a QR code or a pub quiz question on the other. Keep key details away from the outer 3 mm, as this will be cut off, and think about how the coaster will look with a wet ring in the middle. It helps to put your strongest message around the edge rather than the centre.

Photo coasters and gifts
Photo coasters make a nice gift for grandparents or a keepsake for a wedding. Use square photos, or crop your favourite ones with a clear subject, and order sets of four or six in different pictures. Heat and liquid
If your coaster will be used for hot drinks, choose a suitable surface. Standard printed card can soften, and some photo finishes can mark if they get very hot. Tell us how it will be used so we can advise.

Tell us the shape, size, material and quantity, and send your design or photos. We will set up the artwork free of charge when we print the job. Short runs of photo coasters can often be done quickly. Printed beer mats are usually ordered in larger quantities and made to order, so please allow time. We can also print table talkers and menus in the same style.
