USB sticks with your logo
Even in the cloud era, a USB stick remains handy for press kits, presentations, photo sets, wedding pictures, training material and client handovers. Unlike a cloud link, it is something physical to hand over, and it carries your brand with it.
Styles
- Credit-card USB fits in a wallet and has plenty of space for a full-colour design.
- Plastic stick with a printed side is the simple, affordable choice.
- Metal stick feels premium and can be engraved.
- Wooden or bamboo has a natural look, which suits some eco-minded and creative brands.
- Custom shaped can be made to look like your product, though this has a longer lead time and higher minimums.
What capacity do you need?

Do not pay for more capacity than you need, but leave a little spare room. Larger files, such as wedding videos, can use up more space than you might expect.
Pre-loading your files
Many USB sticks can be supplied with your files already loaded. That is useful for press packs, conferences and client handovers. We will ask for a single master folder and check the file names. If you can, use common formats such as PDF and MP4, which work on most computers. Note that some organisations block USB sticks for security reasons, so it can be a good idea to also offer a download link.
A note on quality
Very cheap USB sticks are sometimes unreliable or slower than advertised. For anything important, such as a wedding film or legal documents, a better-quality drive is well worth the small extra cost. Always keep a separate backup of anything stored on a USB stick.
