Stop your leaflets going to waste

A pile of leaflets on a counter soon looks messy. A proper holder keeps them tidy and visible, and it encourages people to pick one up. Surgeries, estate agents, salons, hotels, exhibitions and community centres all use them.

Types of stand

  • Counter holders are clear acrylic or plastic, for A6, DL, A5 and A4 sizes. They are low-cost, and good for tills and reception desks.
  • Wall-mounted holders save space, and they work well in waiting rooms and hallways.
  • Floor stands hold several rows of literature, and are useful in foyers and shops.
  • Folding exhibition stands collapse into a carry bag and are ideal for events.
  • Outdoor weatherproof dispensers keep leaflets dry on a fence, a gate or a "for sale" sign.

Choose your size first

Always pick the stand to suit your leaflet, not the other way around. DL (99 x 210 mm) is a popular size for racks and is what most tourism and hotel displays use. A5 is great for promotional leaflets and A4 for brochures. Check the pocket depth too: a pocket that takes a thin stack of flyers may not hold a thick booklet.

Where to place them

Place them at waist or chest height, close to where people are waiting or paying. Keep them stocked, as an empty holder looks neglected. It helps to rotate your offers regularly, so that regular visitors see something new. For stands in someone else's premises, always ask first and agree how often you will top up.

Leaflets that suit a holder

In a stand, usually only the top third of your leaflet is visible, so make sure your headline sits there. A folded A4 to DL is a good choice for racks. See our flyers and leaflets page for sizes and prices. For a full display, add a roller banner and printed table.

Ordering

Tell us the size of your leaflets and where the holder will go, and we will find something suitable. Basic counter holders are usually easy to source, while large floor stands may take longer. If you need the leaflets printed too, we can handle both, with artwork set up free of charge when we print them.
