Shirts for a one-off occasion
Group T-shirts add to the fun and make for a good photo. We print them for stag and hen parties, milestone birthdays, family reunions, holidays, charity runs and fundraising walks, and often at fairly short notice.
Stag and hen ideas
- Nicknames on the back with a number, football shirt style
- Photos of the bride or groom, with embarrassing ones the most popular
- A destination and date on the front, tour T-shirt style
- A different outfit for the person of honour
- Custom sashes or caps, which can be added for the group
Keep it fun for the wearer, too. A joke that works in a group chat may be less welcome when walking through an airport. Also, make sure the person in the photo would be happy with it. We will not print anything that is hateful or offensive, or that targets another person.
Charity runs and fundraisers
For runners and walkers, a technical polyester shirt will be far more comfortable than cotton over a long distance. Put the charity's name and your fundraising page or QR code on the back, where people behind you can see it. If you are using a charity's logo, ask for permission and for the correct version of the logo, since most charities have brand guidelines. Allow sizes for layering, especially for running in cold weather. For printed material around the event, see sponsor forms and flyers and banners.
Family reunions and birthdays
Matching shirts are a simple way to mark a big birthday or a family gathering. Add a surname, a family tree, a date or a "family reunion tour" list of names and years. Include children's sizes on your order form, and a photo from the past can be a lovely touch. If you have an old photo but no digital copy, we can scan it for you first.
How to organise it
- Choose the shirt, colour and print positions first, so you can agree a price per person.
- Use a shared list for each person's name, size and any joke or nickname.
- Agree on who pays, and collect the money early.
- Check everything before signing off the proof.
- Add in an extra day or two before you travel, in case of last-minute changes.
Quick turnaround
Small orders with ready artwork can often be turned round quickly, and same-day printing may be possible in stock colours if you get in touch early. Tell us when you leave for the weekend, as that is the date that matters. Our free artwork set-up means you can start with a phone photo and a few jokes, and we will build the design and show you a proof before printing.
